    Comprei um jogo ontem pela tarde 03/04/19, infelizmente o jogo é muito pior do que o esperado, e do visto pela internet, por não ter suporte para servidores da América do Sul, trata-se do game DayZ.

    Gostaria da devolução do valor do game, visto que me arrependi da compra, assim como de acordo com o "Art.49" do Código de Defesa do Consumidor diz que esse valor deve ser repassado para o consumidor se o mesmo estiver no prazo de 7 dias.

    I will also go ahead and lock the thread as it has been resolved. As stated in post previous, if you do not get the refund you have to reply to the email stating you did get the refund.

    Hi Erich,

    The game if it has been refunded, the funds take anywhere from 1-5 days to go back to the payment instrument used. So if was just refunded yesterday, give it a few more days to see if it shows up.

    If the refund doesn't show after 5 days, reply to the email that stated you got the refund.
