    Sorry for the issue with your add on. Have you already acquired Cavaliere? I know the you get the weapon after this. As for the skins, you will want to get with
    Capcom, as they are the developers of the game and it is their content.

    Have you made sure you have unlocked them in the game?

    If you have, try re-loading the game to see if that helps. You will need to quit the game and re-launch it.
