    i am trying to delete 2 device that are on my Microsoft account that aren't my devices

    Just a lil USB prob...no biggie

    So the back ports on my Xbox are powering my USB devices (they light up in response) however the Xbox isn't picking them up as memory devices or anything at all. The same device works on the front ports and I'm wondering if the console simply isn't designed
    to use the back ports for memory storage devices and only applicable for kinect and USB wired functions (like charging a phone or a wired controller).

    Game won't load.

    tried the USB port on the back of my console, it let's me choose the USB storage device then it says that the storage device has been removed

    Devices Page     for your Microsoft Account? Can you reply back with more details on what trouble you're running into when you try? If you can include a screenshot of any specific error messages you're seeing, that could definitely help us narrow this down

    My games that are on my storage device are being deleted and they will not come back.

    Do you mean you're unable to reinstall your games using the same External storage after being deleted? If so, can you try connecting your external drive to a different console or device to test if it's still working?
