Device Service and Replacement Error

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We are sorry for the issue with creating a repair. You can request a call from support. They will be able to assist in setting up a repair.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----click on Contact us
  
• Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
  
• Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next
  
  Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

It is registered. The support site see's my device under my profile. The link you sent is taking me in circles back to the Create a repair order that I am being blocked on. I am not able to get past the Add your address.

If i knew where i could set my address in my profile so I can use that address from the drop down menu, that (in theory) would get me step 2 of the Create a repair order process.

the warranty for the console is not the same as the warranty for the controller.

the console has a year warranty but the controller only has a 3 month.

Typically warranty on controllers is 30 days, depending on what Country you live in and the warranty laws there.
