Device Power Options all devices set to Nothing, can't change

This is a recent change within the last two days. Before then I could say "Xbox On" and have my tv and audio receiver turn on. Worked flawlessly from day one (Same for "watch channel, mute, Xbox turn off, etc). Two days ago it all stopped working. I can
still turn the Xbox on and off by saying it but nothing else is controlled anymore. Found the device power options, every model number listed for TV and receiver is correct but all of the "when xbox turns on, send" (and off) are set to "Nothing". When I try
and change the nothing there is no longer the on, off, toggle options that used to exist. No idea what changed. Since then I have reset the entire TV process with no luck. I have tried entering each manually with no luck.

Any ideas? I've tried googling the issue but have not had any luck with that other than one post suggesting I reset the TV setup, which I have done.

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

    Jacob

    :)

  2. Xbox One no longer powers on/off my TV/Cable Box/Receiver when turned on/off

How are you having the Xbox One "communicate" with your devices? Are you using a Kinect or an IR emitter?

Either way, an IR signal is sent from the Xbox to the device. I would first be sure that nothing is blocking the Kinect/IR-emitter between the other devices.

Also ensure that in the "Device Power Options" settings (Settings-->TV & OneGuide-->Device Control-->Device Power Options [under Power]), make sure your Xbox is set to send a signal. It should be set to "Toggle" instead of "Nothing".

It could be a cache issue. Please try heading to Settings>Disc & Blu Ray and click on Clear Persistent Storage. Then hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down. Wait a couple of seconds before starting it up again. The voice
commands should work fine again afterwards.
