Device has disappeared from "My Devices" during Repair Order

Sent in an Xbox Elite Series 2 controller for stick drift on 11/30/20. Website showed that they received it on 12/04/20. Since then it had said that it's at the service center, until today. Now the device is completely gone from "My Devices" and I haven't
received an email or update of any kind. I tried adding the controller back to my devices with the serial number and it says it doesn't recognize it. I have the order # from the email I got when they received. Trying to get a hold of anyone at Microsoft to
get assistance has been a nightmare. Has anyone had issues like this before? I'm not sure what to do about it at this point

    :)

Xbox Elite Controller 2 - Several questions for anyone who has any idea about this:

    Update:

It's only been a few hours since my post and I've just got my controller back!

So if your service order has suddenly disappeared, or your device in "my devices" now reads "No issues found", I can confirm it means that your controller is back on its way to you and has been repaired.

I'm still concerned about the length of my warranty though!

    Xbox X issues

Actually you can request a repair order without requesting a callback from Microsoft , try following these steps:

First, sign in at https://support.microsoft.com/devices and then select Register new device. (if your device already appears, ignore this step)

After you've registered, you’ll see the warranty status for your device. If it’s within warranty, repairs are free. If your device is out of warranty, you’ll be charged a repair fee.

After you’ve registered your devices, follow these steps:

    - In the Overview section of the Device repair page, select Repair my device.

    - Follow the onscreen steps to complete your service order request.

After Device repair receives your submission, they’ll send you a service order number and an order confirmation email that has shipping or drop-off instructions.

Send in your device as soon as possible. If you don’t ship within 30 days, your service order is canceled and the shipping label will no longer be valid. In countries or regions that offer a drop-off exchange, you must go to the drop-off center within 7 days from the date you created the order.

Hi and thanks for reaching Microsoft Xbox gamer's community. My name is Josef.
I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft Xbox user like you.

Hope you're doing great today despite this Mister

Sorry to hear that your HDMI port is not functional . As you already tried all the troubleshooting steps from your side and as the issue persists the next step will be request a repair order for your console

After you’ve registered your devices, follow these steps:

    - In the Overview section of the Device repair page, select Repair my device.
    - Follow the onscreen steps to complete your service order request.

    Xbox Device repair order

Hello, first it's a pleasure to be able to help you today.

My name is welcome to the community.

Hello Swebnz, as you cannot request the warranty through the site, I would recommend logging in to https://support.xbox.com and clicking on Contact Us. and

request to chat with an agent.

If you choose to chat please immediately ask to be escalated to a Microsoft Advocate (do not let them release the question to another agent) as the Advocates have account access and can open the repari order.

Xbox series S color washed out

Hi, it seems that you already tried everything from your side :c

In this case, seems to be a hardware issue. If you have warranty please request a repair order as soon as possible.

    If needed, follow these steps:

Sign in at https://support.microsoft.com/devices and then select Register new device. (Ignore it if the console already appears)

After you've registered, you’ll see the warranty status for your device.

    Then so this:
In the Overview section of the Device repair page, select Info and support > Repair my device. Follow the onscreen steps to complete your service order request.

After Device repair receives your submission, they’ll send you a service order number and an order confirmation email that has shipping or drop-off instructions. (Can take up to 48 hours to arrive in your email address)
