    I bought an all access series x and now My series X has disappeared from my devices and my ultimate subscription has now been disabled. Why can't I just talk to someone?

    That's great but I've tried and I can't get past the entering my phone number as it always says "something went wrong"

    Am fed up of this nonsense. I only wany what I'm paying for back. I just want to speak to someone. Phone or Web chat I don't care. Nothing works. Should be called Customer no service

    Where do I go from here??

    If the Xbox Device ID is not accessible for you, other information that the form will require will do but you just need to make sure that they are accurate to validate your ownership of the account.

    Did you purchase the subscription on the device you are using. The subscription is per device not per user, so if you purchased on a different device. Then you will still get ads on another device.
