Device and replacement step 3 of 5 (stuck)

Alright so now I'm stuck at step 3 of 5 Systemservice and replacement.. They're telling me that they are going to send me an e-mail with a delivery ticket so I can print it out put it on the delivery box with my broken controller in it and send it via UPS.
But when I click on the button so that I can receive the e-mail it got stuck in an endless loading and is not sending me anything.. This is getting really troublesome.

(I'm just typing down everything that is going down in the hope that people at Microsoft can learn from this or fix it?!)

Yes. I did all 3 steps, and I've got information that my controller had to be replaced. I can't register it. I can register only new xbox one device.

Hello Thijs, as this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data nor your account, have you tried to check directly with UPS to see if they find your order?

From my personal experience (I'm in Germany) it took Microsoft to replace my controller with stuck buttons in 5 working days. It took me a bit longer to get it, as the UPS driver couldn't reach me at home and I had to pick it up later.

It also depends on where you live and where the replacement center is. So the 14-21 days estimate mentioned by XBF Steven R should be the worst case scenario.

You usually get a replacement controller, as repairing the device would take more time.
