There is such a function in Dev mode.

It is possible to use a virtual machine in Dev Mode.

As someone who uses the Dev Mode i am sorry this has happened to you. I have found somewhere that may give you more assistance

Now if you leave Dev mode does your xbox let you play games please

It's not a brand new account. I've used it for a while before I had the problem with the update. It's on the dev home page. At the top right it says email and password for existing account. But when I tried to log in I get the error message. There's
another tab for a new account. But when I try to create a new one I get pa green, spinning cycle. Like a loading symbol. But it doesn't stop loading or log in. Thanks for any help.
