I did factory reset everything's back up and running only issue and question is then why are dev kits in retail consoles in the first place shouldn't those be seperate special devices and leave the retail consoles be and only for gamers this is one reason
why many move over to PlayStation Cause sony don't have their retail PS4 consoles with dev kits they hand them out separately when dedicated people apply to the development program just like Microsoft just that Microsoft Xbox is unique and opened on making
retail dev kits and second reason note this is to raise awareness and to avoid using dev mode kits because a lot of people were installing homebrews and unauthorized emulators through the dev mode and with the next console project scarlett it's hard to tell
if that console would dev kits like the one which i prefer not to see a dev kit on it and hoping it's not gonna have one and that's only gonna for gamers and leave the dev kits for developers only

If it was a dev kit the game was running on then the power consumption should be significantly higher than the retail unit. I wouldn't judge the Xbox One's consumption based off of a dev kit.

well, dev kits usually do look like PCs. but I think it's fake, very few dev kits went out to begin with and those were only to specific developers.
