    hi just a random person here i think i have a possible solution for pc that worked for me without redownloading the game again which is when your game is looking for matches and it locks on a certain map and it crashes whenever you see that map stop the
    search and start it again so you can get a different map i think the reason why the game crashes is bc the map files have problem in them this will work for you if your problem is on certain maps activision are working on the problem and will release a patch
    soon hopefully hope it works for you like it did for me
