    Hi,

    Tech Support sent me here...

    On August 22'nd i've pre-ordered digital copy of Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, it was said in the description to the game: All those who pre-order the game will receive a The Missing Link mission and a free Xbox 360 version of Deus Ex: Human Revolution with
    backward compatibility feature (in 7-10 days).

    The Missing Link was received immediately on the release date of the game (August 23'rd).

    Deus Ex: Human Revolution - never got the code.

    One more thing: i can not see Deus Ex: Mankind Divided in my games section when i log into my account at xbox.com; in the shop section it say that product is already bought though, so why can't i see in
    my games then? What if i delete the game? will i be able to download it again?

    Preordered Deus Ex Mankind Divided at the beginning of august and still haven't received codes for Deus Ex: Human Revolution and The Missing Link Add-on.

    just realized my mistake about The Missing Link, in fact it was a Desperate Measures DLC package for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided

    Regarding 'Desperate Measures', that is a bonus mission that will be available to download once it is released. Regarding the game not showing up in 'My games' on Xbox.com, that is a separate issue that the appropriate teams are looking into. If you delete
    the game, you can re-download the game through the Xbox Store on the console, or on your Xbox One console's 'Ready to install' list.

    Code for The Missing Link not working

    I got the codes by pre-ordering Deus Ex: Mankind Divided from the Xbox store. The code for the main game, Deus Ex: Human Revolution, worked, but the code for the DLC didn't. I tried redeeming the codes on both console(Xbox One) and website and got the same
    problem.

    Receiving Deus Ex: Human Revolution was for pre-orders of Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. If you purchased the game on August 24, 2016, unfortunately that would make you ineligible for the promotion as the game was released on August 23, 2016.

    I am also having the same issue when trying to Redeem the Deus Ex: Human Revolution on my Xbox One.

    When I select "Redeem Code 1" from the message on Xbox Live, I get taken to a window asking me to redeem the code and when I select the Redeem button I get the following error -

    Sorry, an unexpected error has occurred. The error has been recorded and we will investigate. Please try to redeem your code later.

    The message I got from Xbox Live does state "Your purchase of Deus Ex: Mankind Divided includes Deus Ex: Human Revolution for Xbox 360" so is the error due to me trying to redeem this code on the Xbox One even though Deus Ex: Human Revolution is on the backwards
    compatibility list of 360 games on the Xbox One?
