    Deus Ex : Mankind Divided doesn't work


    Hello,

    I've been trying to play Deus Ex : Mankind Divided. I had a Market Code to redeem my game. But when I try to play the game, it seems like the system refuses to launch the game, mentionning the fact I have to wait for the release date of the game...except
    it was August 23rd ? Any idea how to solve that issue ?

    Deus Ex : Mankind Divided doesn't work

    First do the usual hard reset/power cycle. See if that works. If that doesn't work then proceed to uninstall and reinstall the game. If that still does not work then you need to contact customer support from wherever you got the digital code to redeem it
    or obviously if it's from Microsoft then contact them directly. The only other issue that it could be is that there is a build issue on the console and prevents your game from launching. Hope this helps some, I know it can be annoying to deal with trust me!

    I got the codes by pre-ordering Deus Ex: Mankind Divided from the Xbox store. The code for the main game, Deus Ex: Human Revolution, worked, but the code for the DLC didn't. I tried redeeming the codes on both console(Xbox One) and website and got the same
    problem.
