    Ok it has been over one week and nothing is getting done because I have no idea what is the problem. last week I purchased life is strange complete season then 2days later Microsoft refunded me for no reason. so I called up and just got of service was down
    buy it again. ok waited for service to come up and guess what they message I get is contact Microsoft support team. ok so contact back up nothing really kept saying everything was ok, so I was like maybe its my credit card. removed the card then had problems
    adding a credit card. 3 different cards, 3 different banks all had the same problem according to Microsoft. so I called my back and they said Microsoft keeps charging $0 to my account over and over again and my card company kept accepting it so no problem.
    later that day I was able to add my card back to my account. ok looking good, went to go buy something BAM contact Microsoft support team. so again called up and this time they said my account has been blocked for trying to buy life is strange complete season...
    the guy said oh our system just being over protective let me tell internal affairs department and it will be ok. I was ok cool. 2 days later. got an email saying sorry your account is blocked because
    detection of suspicious and/or fraudulent activity. nothing we can do sorry have a nice day. so I called up again and talked to a supervisor and from their end they said nothing is wrong with my email/gamer tag. and the
    message internal affairs has on my account doesn't make sense... so I called up my Microsoft store and thy told me every person who tried to buy life is strange has been blocked... over 1000 people has called the store to complain same issue and no answer.

    so what do I do? keep calling until someone can fix it? give up on xbox and Microsoft because they don't like money no more? I have no idea ideas and opinions would help sorry for the long rant/question.

    Annoyed at Microsoft

    I buy microsoft points for FIFA, add ons ,videos etc and use either my or my parents cards but every time I use them they get a pending payment of £1 taken away from the account to check if the card is in use (and they give it back after weeks or not all)
    which sounds like a terrible excuse, also they take the money for the purchase from my accounts when the purchase hasn't even been verified or accepted that and I try and purchase points online and I have the necessary funds and they still decline it and later
    blocked my billing as there was apparent fraudulent suspicious activity on my account saying I called Microsoft on the 31/05/12 when I didn't to be honest the fraudulent activity sounds like microsofts not anyone else's.

    Hello, My level in Gears of War 3 has been De-ranked due to suspicious activity, although i have not been a participant in any un official or suspicious activity, in fact.

    In addition its not a complete level reset only my Silverback Fortification level has been De-Ranked.
