Details with rewards points

Good day I am a member since June 29, 2017 and I have renewed my contract of xbox live each month and my rewards points do not appear as pending and have not been updated

It's just a month

You might want to read the Spending Reward Points FAQ
here for details on Point deposit times.

 

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. As of July
1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

 

It is assumed that there is specific that each gold renewal is credit rewards

 

All offers for earning credits are listed on the Missions page of the site. There are currently no offers for renewing gold.

We have not offered the Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals since 2014.
