    Detailed Network Statistics not showing correct download speeds


    My internet connection is up to a GB. When I run the detailed network statistics on my Xbox One X it shows that I have between 32-35 Mbps Up and 3.5-4.0 Mbps down, with 40ms latency. On my PC, which is connected to the same router is getting 32-35 Mbps up,
    400-600 Mbps down. It almost seems that the detailed network statistics it not displaying the correct values for some reason, my upload is always the same on both. It would be great if someone has an explanation for this. Is there a bug in the software that
    is being worked on?

    download speed not the same as the detailed network statistics

    So i just moved and we got our internet moved here and when i go into the detailed network statistics it says that I have a 530 Mbps download speed but when i download a game, the download speed averages a 200 Mbps. why is the download speed so much lower
    then when i did the detailed network statistics?

    Can't uninstall games.

    Alright. Mind going into Settings - Network - Detailed Network Statistics and mind telling me the Download Speed, Upload Speed, Packet loss, Latency and Wireless Strength.

    My ping in my games jumps from 20 to around 240 for around 10 seconds then goes back to normal again

    Im using wifi. When i do the detailed network statistics, the download and upload speeds don’t show up.

    Slow downloading

    An added bit here. Detailed network statistics show my download speed to be .07 mbps whereas when I run a speed test on my laptop hardwired it shows it to be in the mid teens of mbps. Upload speeds show to be the same on both platforms.

    Hi Moira,

    So it seems that downloading games on your new console is taking longer than expected. Would you mind letting us know what the download speeds show in the download queue?

    Also go ahead and go to your Network Settings and run the network troubleshooting tests listed on the right and also select the detailed network statistics test to see if the speeds are matching up to the correct amount.

    Let us know the results of the tests.

    Hi, just tried and yes it shows " it's all good ".

    I've selected a detailed network statistic and it shows,

    download speed - 17.75Mbps

    upload speed - 4.6Mbps

    packet loss - 0%

    MTU - 1480

    Latency - 47ms

    Wireless strength - 100%
