Destiny Trial Mode Bug

I need help with my game. I bought Destiny: The collection with The Taken King Add-on not Rise of Iron about 5 months to a year ago. I recently moved and just got internet connection after 2 months without it and Xbox said i didnt own destiny so i went to
the store and got the trial mode(probably the worst idea i did) and i was able to play the full game even though i was in trial mode. So i uninstalled destiny and reinstalled it but its still in trial mode and now it has only trial mode activated. How do I
fix this and get destiny the full game back? I also installed the Rise of iron add-on when it came out. Please send some help! Xbox Gamertag is

Destiny stuck in trial mode

I bought the taken king legendary edition after getting the trial mode of destiny. When I launched Destiny again, I was still in trial mode. Later I cleared my cache and had the same result. After that I uninstalled the game as a whole the installed again.
I still have the same result of being stuck in trial mode.

I have the same issue and I cannot purchase the "base game " does anyone know how to fix this issue ?

Sorry to hear it. The trial mode seems to be superseding the main game for you. What you should do is call phone support and ask them to remove the trial license from your account so you can access the full game again. Click this link to get the number

I dont see destiny being listed at all on the free weekend page

Destiny is listed as available now for sale

If destiny doesn't work with trials or certain modes aren't available on trials then the same will applapply on free gold weekends

From what it sounds, it seems that you bought "$20 add-on" alone and you didn't purchase the base game.

If that is the case, your installation of Destiny is still in "trial mode" because it is still lacking the license to the base game. The add-on you paid for and downloaded likely only included the expansion packs and the level upgrade token.

Sometimes the game might show as Trial in the Store because you got the trial from the store but then bought the disc. Is your son able to pass level 7 in Destiny? If yes, then the game is not in trial mode anymore.
