Destiny: The Taken King Digital collection; not working

So, i was emailed that my issue was..resolved, well, im happy that, it had come through, the digital pack but..in games and downloads, my xbox says, i have the digital collectors edition of the taken king, yet when i go in the game, i still see that the
emotes still say "Requires The Taken King Collectors Edition", same with the shaders, and im still missing the class items, as well as the level 40 light boosts, even the Suros pack. Look, im not mad, im just getting very frustrated with this, that my father
and i both spent good money to (79.99 to be exact) preorder this a while back, and its its causing issues. What i feel is that i may be told to buy the upgrade version, and in honesty i really dont want to do that, because as i said, its very frustrating.
I dont like being told i need to rebuy what i already have, nor to be told that i dont have what i have proof of having. Please, how do i fix this? How, can you guys fix this?
