    DESTINY The Collection - Redeeming extra content unsuccessful


    Hi all. I have entered my 25 digit code successfully to redeem the extra content for DESTINY The Collection which is supposed to include: " The Dark Below, House of Wolves, The Taken King and Rise If Iron " . I have not been able to access this extra content
    in the Xbox/Microsoft store. When I inserted the game disk into the console after redeeming my code, there were no instructions to access extra content. Any help would be appreciated.

    Destiny collection upgrade/ taken dlc not showing owned

    Now I am seeing where folks paid $10 extra to go all digital with destiny rise of iron by not requiring the disc. I bought the taken King which is vanilla destiny with a "DOWNLOAD code". When I try the free trial of destiny it says I own rise of Iron DLC
    but not Taken King. thats is bull, I own all destiny DLC by codes except Vanilla year one content. My biggest gripe is the xbox one STORE never showed me an option to pay the $10 extra to go ALL digital with destiny. AKA "ROI Collection Upgrade. I would have
    bought that in a second. Even now that collection upgrade is greyed out on your store. Can you fix this?

    Home sharing not working on Destiny The Collection

    My son and I share a single console, we can both play games such as Forza, Rocket League and Destiny. Recently my son purchased Destiny The Collection and redeemed the code. Now he can access content of The Collection but I can't. I have Xbox gold live subscription.
    I've checked his account and set his profile to Home Xbox to match mine but I still can't access DEstiny The Collection content. Any ideas?

    When redeeming code account got swtiched.

    Hello Greg,

    We understand that in your attempt to redeem a code for the Destiny 2: Forsaken - Complete
    Collection    , it was accidentally redeemed to your child's account.

    Game content is not usually shared between accounts as per most developer companies, being the reason here that the content is not appearing when you attempt to load it through your account. The collection itself does contain a license for Destiny 2, but
    all other pieces of content belonging to this collection can only be accessed from the account that it was redeemed to.

    Unfortunately, our only recommendation here is to reach out to our customer support team, as they would be able to discuss this case further with you.

    Sorry to hear about the issue. Could you guys advise what region you are physically located in? And are you trying to buy Destiny: The Collection or Destiny: The Collection upgrade? If it's the upgrade, do you own The Taken King on Xbox 360 or Xbox One?

    I also wanted to add that as of this past August character progress does not move from the 360 to the One. If you play the game on the One you will be starting from the beginning. Because of this I would suggest purchasing Destiny: The Collection which
    will included all content up to and including RoI.
