Destiny Rise Of Iron "Spark of Light" pre-order bonus

Per thread here which is now locked: Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

The behaviour described in the reply is not consistent with the behaviour from the last DLC Destiny The Taken King. In Destiny The Taken King, the Spark of Light bonus applied to all accounts on the XBOX system not just the purchasing account.

This is confusing and inconsistent. It also penalises other users of the XBOX for no apparent reason.

I would have replied to the thread Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. but it was locked.

Destiny Rise of Iron pre-order bonuses not available for some users on my XBOX ONE

Hi,

I pre-ordered Destiny Rise of Iron which came with several pre-order bonuses.

All of the bonuses appeared for my user account on the XBOX ONE system, but unfortunately
other users on the system did not receive all the pre-order bonuses.

The 2 affected users were ActivistHALO676 and SilverHat409600.

The Spark Of Light bonus was not available to these accounts.

I contacted Bungie player support and was directed by them to contact Microsoft.

Please let me know if this can be rectified.

Lost Access to Destiny Pre-Order after attempted refund for a different Product

I lost access to my pre order bonus "Iron Gjallarhorn and Iron Gjallarwing Sparrow Pre-order Bonus" after a Microsoft support representative I contacted canceled Destiny Rise of Iron instead of the product I was looking to cancel. After several times contacting
support, a helpful representative directed me to this support page and told me that this section would solve the problem.

As Mister Mascot stated in your last thread, that content is a single use item only and is not shared across accounts. Your best bet would be to reach out to Bungie for further clarification/explanation regarding the content.
