Destiny - Rise of Iron - No pre-order code were sent by Microsoft

Sorry to hear it. If you pre ordered via the store on the xbox one then simply go to your dashboard and highlight Destiny and press the start button on the controller. Choose manage game and check the ready to install list there. The pre ordered content
should be waiting for you to install it.

I bought the game stop pre order tgat turned out to be just $30. I then went to the Destiny Rise of Iron page on Microsoft Store the pre order button was greed out. I then logged in when I did it turned blue and was able to click on it to order. I didn't
order it but went an redeemed my gamestop code for the $30 to deposit my money once it was in my Microsoft account I went back to the pre order and selected to use my account balance which it did.

So make sure you redeem your gamestop code into your Microsoft account then go to or put in the search are destiny rise of iron pre order. You must select the one for pre order. If you select just the rise of iron it will take you to a different page tgat
says bundle only. Once at the pre order if logged in and you have the other content for the game on x box one not 360 as its not available for it, the pre order button will be blue to click on and pay for by you account balance or with credit card.

unless you pre-odered it at Gamestop no one can pre-order Destiny Rise of Iron on XO

In order to purchase Destiny: Rise of Iron you must make sure your account which is trying to purchase Rise of Iron owns Destiny: The Taken King. That is required to be able to purchase Rise of Iron.

Now if you have finished that step then you have a few methods of which you can buy the DLC:

1. You can sign into your account via this link here: www.microsoft.com/.../c3tbg0pc3fc9 and buy the DLC

Or

2. Launch your game and under the director select the icon for Rise of Iron and select purchase and try to purchase the DLC.

3. You also could try searing the Store on your Xbox One for "Destiny: Rise of Iron" but if you do make sure it says "Pre-Order" otherwise you will run into the issue of it stating it can only be bought in a bundle.

Also for those of you who Pre-Ordered "Rise of Iron" from GameStop: They send you a currency code, you will still be required to cover the taxes deemed by your state. If you Pre-Ordered this way simply try steps 2 or 3 here and get the content for Destiny.
