It won't let me pre-order but it let people I know order but that was last week. This issue needs fixed ASAP

Hey, i still can't pre-order it. I want to pare-order the "the collection upgrade" version, but is states "coming soon" as does the normal Rise of Iron dlc pack. The normall "the collection" is downloadable for €60. I looked on my xbox one in the store.
Same problem, coming soon on the regular Rise of Iron dlc and the two "the collection" packs aren't even in the store. I live in the netherlands and have that as my land region code.

I am also having this same issue... Several of my friends in the same town are able to pre-order it, but all I get is "Destiny: Rise of Iron - Pre-Order is currently not available". Also if I go to The Microsoft Store or Xbox Live Marketplace it either gives
me a grey-ed out Preorder button that is unclickable or says "Coming Soon".... this is really ticking me off!!! I've paid for EVERY OTHER dlc as they've been released! I've given Microsoft and Bungie a ****-ton of money over the last 2 years and then they
do this crap!?

Hello. It seems i am not the only one having the pre ordering issue. Trying to pre order from the xbox store and i get a coming soon icon. It seems everybody on the net is saying it is already avavailable for pre ordering.

Some of the sites such as amazon are already showing a out of stock message?

Any information from the news front? How can we know when the dlc will be available ?

I've tried preordering on here, and on the console, both say 'coming soon' with no option to preorder. The MS Store website has a Preorder button but its greyed out and unclickable.

I'm in Australia if it makes a difference.

 

It now says pre-order is not available, and even the official Destiny website says it's "SOLD OUT". How is this possible for DLC? Or is it an error?

 

Not sure why but I have it to where it's grayed out on the Microsoft store and Xbox store as well, the solution I found was to search the Pre-order through the Smartglass Application.

 

Very disappointing as still unable to download. Game said bungie made a deal with Sony so ps4 people get the previous order option for xbox users. That's insane and terrible as alot of people I know on ps4 don't bother with destiny where as I do. Very disappointing
with it when I was told.they better be sorting this out soon

If you haven't done so recently, please try seeing if you can pre-order Destiny: The Rise of Iron now and see if it works. Try both on the Microsoft Store page and your console just to be sure.

I haven't seen anything on here about it, but I tried to pre-order this DLC yesterday on the console and it downloaded with a banner above both items stating, "pre-ordered," but I wasn't charged for the purchase. Is this a glitch? Will I be charged upon
release? I'm a little confused about it because I've never had a pre-order that I didn't have to pay for right away before. Can someone give me some clarification on this? I own all existing DLC and have been playing since the Beta and this is definitely a
first for me.
