Destiny Rise of Iron issue

Hi I am having issues pre ordering Destiny; Rise of Iron.

I own a physical copy of Destiny and have downloaded the season pass as well as well as the Taken King expansion.

When I go to pre-order the game all I get is Bundle Only. I have spoken with Microsoft and they have proved me a reference no. [Mod Removed]

I really would like this to be resolved as soon as possible as I have leave coming up in September and would really love to play this game during that time while the girlfriend is at work lol/

Preordering Rise of iron

Hi all,

In order to purchase Destiny: Rise of Iron you must make sure your account which is trying to purchase Rise of Iron owns Destiny: The Taken King. That is required to be able to purchase Rise of Iron.

Now if you have finished that step then you have a few methods of which you can buy the DLC:

1. You can sign into your account via this link here:
www.microsoft.com/.../c3tbg0pc3fc9 and buy the DLC

Or

2. Launch your game and under the director select the icon for Rise of Iron and select purchase and try to purchase the DLC.

Now you also could try searing the Store on your Xbox One for "Destiny: Rise of Iron" but if you do make sure it says "Pre-Order" otherwise you will run into the issue of it stating it can only be bought in a bundle.

There's currently no way to pre-order Destiny: Rise of Iron for Xbox One users.

Believe me, I tried since day one of announcement.

Even on Bungie's official page, attempting to pre-order only shows an unclickable "Coming Soon" button.

The reasons why are unknown... except perhaps to Bungie.

 

What do you get on your screen when you try to pre order through the xbox store? I originally got "Coming Soon", now I get "Bundle Only"

 

I seem to be getting something different.

I can't easily find "Destiny: Rise of Iron" in the store pages without doing a manual search for "Rise of Iron".

I get an add-on page for ROI, but there's no purchase/pre-order options. There's only a message that says "(!) Destiny: Rise of Iron is currently not available."

 

I've seen both "Bundle Only" and "currently not available". Obviously it's a timed release, but when, no one knows except Bungie. A little discouraging for Xbox users.

 

The main Xbox.com page shows Rise of Iron available for pre-order now. However, if you follow all the links to get to the Rise of Iron Bundle page, it just says "Coming Soon". So it's on the main page as available, but not actually available.

 

Don't know if this is related to the current Issue with the Store. The unification of xbox and Windows Store seamed to have invoked some issues. I hope it works soon, also to know the correct price for my location and if it's worth it.

 

Ok I am glad I am not the only one having this issue. I have been driving myself crazy trying to figure out what the heck I needed to do but it appears Xbox or Bungie just don't have their act together on this yet.

 

It can be preordered on bungie.net ... but only for playstation right now. :/ What the heck. I wish xbox/bungie would let us preorder this already. I don't want to preorder at a physical store.

This link isn't working for all users. My friend who lives in Pennsylvania was able to pre-order it where as I, who live in Washington state, still have a "coming soon" button that does nothing.

In order to pre-order Destiny: The Rise of Iron, you have to own Destiny: The Taken King already. Can you please double check that you own the content and try again?

I have both Taken King and Original. I double checked my account and both games are registered and it is still showing a greyed out unusable "preorder" link. I am also in WA state.
