    Destiny preorder from Microsoft store shows BACKORDERED?


    Hi,

    I got a notice my card was being charged for my destiny order so I decided to check the status. I placed on 09/1/14, and the MS Store advertised if you preordered by 9/5 it would arrive on release day. Anyone else seeing this on their order?

    Microsoft store question

    I preordered Destiny online from the Microsoft Store. I recently got some amazon gift cards. I decided I want to cancel my preorder and change it to amazon. From what I can see on the Microsoft stores site is i have to talk to customer support to cancer my preorder. It can't be that hard can it? Anyone that has experience with this know a way I can cancel online like you can with amazon?

    Destiny Rise of Iron pre-order

    So it has been about a month since destiny released the preorder for Rise of Iron. The DLC has been available for pre-order on the PlayStation store, game stop etc., everywhere except the Xbox store and there has not been a single word from Destiny or
    Xbox on when we can preorder it through the Xbox store. Does anyone have any updates or information on this? Thanks

    I saw this this morning on mine and started to freak out. About an hour ago I got a shipping confirmation for my order. I just hope it comes tomorrow. I did tweet the MS store and they directed me to call their customer support.

    I preordered mine Sept 7 from the Microsoft store (mainly for the 1 tb hardrive since these drives are not upgradeable!) and I'm wondering if anyone has gotten the ship notice yet for their console? Store Account status shows Order in Process and BackOrdered
    and Microsoft store staff are of no help in giving shipping update or order update information other than "do you want to cancel your order" even though I never once referenced any desire to cancel the order.

    Ya, mine has said that since I preordered it May 21. I asked their support and they said even though it says "backordered", that I will be getting it on launch day, as well anyone who preordered the launch edition from them.
