    Hey reader, i am having issues downloading Destiny on my Xbox One. Basically i hadnt played the game for a week and i went to play today but there was an update to install. So i went to download the update and it wouldnt work and just kept loading so i tried
    restarting my Xbox, my router, and tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the game but i still cant get it to work as it says transferring game content and just stays at 0 percent or goes up very slowly. This problem is really pissing me off i just wanted
    to play the game. If anyone knows a solution to this issue it would be greatly appreciated, Thank you.

    i cant download destiny because it says my device is full yet it has 8 gb free of storage and destiny is 6.75 gb. i also spent 45 dollars on this so thats 45 dollars frickin wasted.

    Because destiny requires 20gigs on top of that to install

    www.xbox.com/.../destiny

    8gigs is just the download size not the install size

    Destiny Crashes when I try and go to Venus

    Oh I feel all your pain, but I believe I have figured out how to fix the beagle error (no thanks to bungie or microsoft). I've completed all the Venus missions now (previously I was getting the same issue on the 1st Venus mission).

    When you download the game content to install, it's about 15GB, however there is also a smaller 'update' that needs to be installed of size around 15MB (I think from memory). The timing of when each of these components is installed is VERY important.

    The key here is not to 'open' destiny until the game has installed at 100%, do NOT open destiny after about 2% (when xbox1 tells you it is ready) as when you open the game, you'll be forced to install the update at that time (when less than 100% of destiny
    installation progress). I think there's some issue applying the update before the game has been installed.

    Therefore here is your happy path;

    1. Delete installation of Destiny

    2. Install Destiny; DO NOT OPEN THE GAME BEFORE FULLY INSTALLED AT 100%. Stay on the xbox1 menu.

    3. Open destiny once the game has fully installed, you'll be prompted for the smaller update.

    4. Enjoy visiting Venus!

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with destiny have you tried uninstalling the game then installing again I have done this before when I had issues.
