    So I wanted to take advantage of actvisions deal buy the 360 version and get a free copy for xbox one. I know I have to buy digital. But does it matter where I buy from? Does it have to be from marketplace? Or anywhere? Thanks

    I was going to buy the destiny dlc for xbox 360 but I'm getting an xbox one Christmas if I buy destiny for my 360 version will it transfer over the the xbox one destiny version

    It won't matter, anyone outside of Microsoft will just be selling you a code to redeem in the Xbox store so ultimately all digital purchases are through MS.

    How to transfer games from 360 account to a xbox 1 account

    destiny 1 was released for the 360 and the one. the 360 release lost all support for any new content a longtime ago and is not compatable with the one, the one version had content released for a while, you would need to purchase the one version of destiny.

    Why doesn't xbox allow refunds.

    You need to be playing the 360 version of a game on the xbox one in order to be able to play online with people on the 360.

    So say if you have the one version of Destiny you can't play against people with the 360 version.
