    Destiny 2 The Final Shape Pre Order Issue


    I woke up and all of a sudden it said my pre order got canceled there’s nothing wrong with my card or anything so I checked if I can re download it through the xbox it said I owned it but I checked my expansions and it said the opposite so I searched how to solve it on here apparently you gotta re buy it from the website but my concern is are they gonna bill me twice or not wondering if someone has the answer.

    It was most likely cancelled due to the game being delayed. You'll have to preorder it again. They won't bill you twice since the original order was cancelled.

    Check your transactions at http://account.microsoft.com and make sure it shows the order as being complete. Keep in mind that if you paid with a credit card/Paypal. you're not charged until within 10 days of the game being released. If they weren't able to charge you at that time, the order would have been cancelled and you would need to purchase it again.

    So in other words I would have to pay another 106 to get this? If so that is strange. I just want a resolution or some understanding or something. It's like the money didn't even go towards this, even though it did.

    If the order was declined, then they didn't charge you so there wouldn't be anything for them to refund.
