i should have been more clear, i did use the form and emailed them and got a reference number. Still no answer on the issue and it has 4 days left on the promo. I do not know why a huge corporation like Microsoft makes its customers rely on this crappy
form of communication.

yes I am talking about the rewards for 6000 points. I have contacted them and they told me to post on here for my answer. spent 3 hours in chats and run arounds. why is it so difficult to get answers?
