Discus and support Destiny 2 Rewards Points in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I pre-ordered Destiny 2 but still have not seen the 15000 rewards points show up on my account.     Destiny 2 Rewards Points


    I pre-ordered Destiny 2 but still have not seen the 15000 rewards points show up on my account. Should I be seeing them now? I believe we are past the 96 hour window.

    I pre ordered destiny 2 on the Xbox store and didn't receive my reward points.

    In order to receive the 15,000 credits, you have to preorder 3 games. Destiny alone is not enough to complete the offer. You would need 2 other eligible le purchases and the credits will be given after all 3 games have been released

    Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits when you pre-order three eligible (see descriptor in next question) Games on Demand titles in the Xbox Store between July 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and September 30, 2017 23:59 UTC. You must pre-order each game before its shown release
    date to qualify. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world time database to determine local time.

    Since you have not purchased any of the eligible titles within the offer period, you have not yet completed this offer.

    Xbox Rewards No Reward for Preorder

    There were no Xbox Rewards offers to receive 6,000 credits for Destiny 2. That was an offer from the Microsoft Rewards program. Preorders did not count towards that offer.
    Ok then, where are my Rewards points? I'm a member of both.

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you'll need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. They are not the same as the Xbox Rewards program.
