Destiny 2 refund or exchange so I can upgrade

Just a friendly reminder though that there is no option to exchange but you can definitely request a refund by signing in to https://xbox.com/refunds.

Upgrade as pay the difference? I am not sure. You might be able to request a refund on the one you currently purchased, than get the deluxe version.

From personal experience I pre-ordered the Destiny 2 limited edition one and accidentally ordered the Destiny 2 normal version as well, paid for both versions in full. Spent about 15min with customer service and got my refund for the normal version.

I apologize but in this item, you will be needing to request a refund for you original purchase so you can re-purchase the correct version. There is no option to upgrade for the Destiny 2 Witch Queen.

I applied for a refund well within the 2 weeks, and I haven't played it at all (so under 2 hours play time). I'm unable to download the game though as I don't own an Xbox, I'm wanting a refund/exchange so I can purchase it for PC. Seems strange that it
must be downloaded and launched before requesting a refund as they specifically told me they wouldn't refund games that had been played/consumed.

If you bought it recently then log into your account on xbox and go to manage purchase where you can request a refund but if you haven't bought it recently then there is a small chance
