Destiny 2 Punch card-20,000 points missing

"Complete all three items on the punch card below between 15 and 30 November 2017 to earn 20,000 points. Offer only available to members 15 and above. Valid for digital purchases only from Microsoft Store on your Xbox or on Windows. (During this promotion,
items below don’t qualify for Shop & Earn points)."

The 3 items are a Destiny 2 quiz (showing completed), and the other 2 items are to purchase the game and purchase the expansion(s). I did purchase all of those within the last 10 or so hours, they are in my games and showing as owned. I
contacted live chat and they said to give it some time and post here if they did not update and they haven't updated yet. They checked I have all the correct licenses and it all seems fine, but those 2 are not checked off and the points are not showing in
my account. I have a case # from live chat if necessary.

Rewards Punch Card

I purchased three games during the Punch Card promotion. The third game was purchased on 11/29/14. My punch never updated with my third purchase. The promotion ended on 11/30/14. When will I receive the 20,000 point payout?

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you will need to contact their customer suppprt via their redemption page. They are not the same as the Xbox Rewards Program.

The 50,000 Credit offer was only for Gold members. Since you were not a selected Gold member, you only received the default 30,000 Credits for this offer.

There were two offers running at that time for upgrading. The 50,000 credit offer was only sent to certain members and was not available to everyone. If you did not receive the specific email, you would receive the default offer of 30,000 credits. If I remember
right, the 50,000 were for upgrading from a 360 to a One S.

I received the offer for upgrading from an xbox one to a xbox one s. I even spoke to someone before I purchased the xbox one s to confirm how the promotion worked. I upgraded my xbox one to an xbox one s and should have received 50,000.
