Destiny 2 "Problem reading game content"

I wish that I didn't have this issue after around A YEAR of not playing the game but looks like nothing has changed. I've read previous threads about this and I wanted to make a very clear, thorough post of the issue and the solutions I have came across.

Context: I currently have an Xbox one X which I got gifted on Christmas of 2017 or 2018 and started playing Destiny in June 2020. My memory is misty from the time but I assume around late July-early August I came across this error of the game crashing every so often (currently happens every 30 minutes - couple hours) which displayed the message, "Problem reading game content. Please restart Destiny 2." Shook it off and thought it was just a random error and thought nothing about it until it started to get really bad to the point of "quitting" the game late August. Around a year later, the game hasn't changed.

My "Thought To Be" Solution: The time of typing this thread (approximately 8:40pm), I had gotten an external 2TB hard drive earlier during the day (approximately 1pm) and set it up perfectly and installed the game on the drive. I changed the setting to install all new content to the hard drive, so when I uninstalled the game, it installed on the hard drive and not the internal storage. This took an abnormal amount of time to install, even when the game size was 78GB, but I read online that it can take more time due to not being installed inside the Xbox. I did some stupid things like installing it on the internal drive after uninstalling it, which took roughly 2 hours, and having to uninstall it again since there were DLCS that were showing up needing to be installed like I purchased them, but I never purchased them before. The second installation I let it sit for around 3 hours but stopped since it was stuck on 55GB (70%) after trying to move it from the internal storage to the external hard drive. The final installation I did took around 2 hours was installed on the external drive without problems and here I am now; very confused on why my $70 2TB. I cleared my local games and it still doesn't work.

This is very aggravating that I can't find a solution to this issue and if there is one, I hope it doesn't involve me having to do x thing every day or purchase a whole new console. Very disappointing there hasn't been a verified fix for this. This is definitely a problem with Xbox since it is the only game with an issue like this and it doesn't happen on my PC when I play.
