    I have not yet received my reward points from preordering Destiny 2 from the xbox store. Can you please assist?

    Never received rewards for preorder

    hi, I never received my XBox rewards credit for my preorder of Destiny 2. Please help. I was connected here through 2 support agents.

    Pre ordered a game before it was available for a reward.

    I pre-ordered Destiny 2 before it was a Xbox reward option. Is there a way to get it to count toward my preorder punch card?

    Destiny 2 Preorder Reward Points Missing

    There were no offers to receive credits just for preordering that game. If you preordered on order after July 1, it would count as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive
    the credits.

    program from Xbox Live Rewards, and we cannot assist with their offers. You would have to reach out to their support via the Microsoft Rewards website for assistance.

    There were no Xbox Rewards offers to receive 6,000 credits for Destiny 2. That was an offer from the Microsoft Rewards program. Preorders did not count towards that offer.
    Ok then, where are my Rewards points? I'm a member of both.

    We responded to your post at (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/4a90ca88-2e05-46ab-ab39-e7a4fcc22ee8). I can confirm that the Credits were placed as pending into your
    account as pending on November 15th. However, it was labeled as our default MicrosoftStore.com offer and not the unique Watch Dogs 2 offer. However, the offers are the same. Since you are a Rewards member, using one of these offers awards you 15,000 Credits
    instead of $10 gift cards. The 15,000 Credits were deposited into your account on November 23rd. This Credit event can be reviewed from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.
