Destiny 2 pre order points

I have pre-ordered the game days before Destiny 2 release date which falls into the necessary conditions. I never received my necessary pre-order credits for the digital pre-order.

The only way to receive Credits for a pre-order is through the Games on Demand offer, which requires the purchase of three eligible titles. From the FAQ:

How do I earn Rewards with the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard?

Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits when you pre-order three eligible (see descriptor in next question) Games on Demand titles in the Xbox Store between July 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and September 30, 2017 23:59 UTC. You must pre-order each game before
its shown release date to qualify. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world time database to determine local time.

Since you only have one out of three purchases, you have not completed the offer.

If you preordered on or after July 1, it would have counted as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible preorders to complete the offer and receive credits.

 

There were no offers to receive credits just for that game. If you preordered on or after July 1, it would have counted as a punch on the games on demand punchcard that was running at the time and you would have needed 2 other eligible purchases to complete
the offer and receive the credits.

 

Hello DigiTekh,

The only offer that purchase qualified for was the Games on Demand offer, which requires three eligible pre-orders during the offer period. Since you only had one purchase, you did not complete this offer.
