Destiny 2 Pre-Order Not Giving Rewards

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Since your purchase neither completed completed any offer or was eligible for MyVIP, it did not award Credits. The only offer that would have awarded this purchase is the current Games on Demand offer, but since your purchase was not made after the offer
was available, it was not eligible.

If you preordered on or after July 1, it would count as a punch on your games on demand punchcard. In order to receive the credits, you would need 2 other eligible purchases and the credits will be given after all 3 games have been released.

The only way to earn Credits for a pre-order of Destiny 2 is from the Games on Demand offer, which requires three eligible games to complete for 15,000 Credits. If you are asking about the Microsoft Rewards Destiny 2 punchcard, Microsoft Rewards is a separate
program from Xbox Live Rewards, and we cannot assist with their offers. You would have to reach out to their support via the Microsoft Rewards website for assistance.
