Destiny 2 Level 20 Achievement

sometime last week I got my character in Destiny 2 to level 20 but I have yet to receive the achievement. Can someone please help?

Achievement won’t unlock

On destiny 2, there is an achievement for reaching level 20. I have reached level 20 and have not earned the achievement on both local and online. I have tried fixing the internet but that won’t work so I am confused as to what I am supposed to do.

 

how does light work on armor for leveling past level 20?
