Destiny 2 Forsaken + Annual Pass ($70)

I have pre-ordered Destiny 2 Forsaken + Annual Pass from Gamestops website for $70. I went to destinythegame.com and was transferred to gamestop to make the purchase. This means that Activision allows for Xbox to have the $70 version open for purchase. It's
not available.

I placed the order for the DLC. I paid $70 for a code that turned out to be Microsoft Store Credit for $70. I have that on my account now and can't buy the game because it doesn't exist for amount. So thanks for not allowing me to play Destiny 2 Forsaken
on the release due to your issues. Thank you.

i have purchased forsaken dlc but today when is possible to play in game i look destiny 2 forsaken requied

 

This sounds like a complicated situation.

1) Have you tried reaching your GameStop where you bought the D2 code?

2) Have you tried contacting the phone support here: Contact Us | Xbox Support

 

I did both and no resolution.

 

Did you receive 70$ credit on your Xbox account or was it a code for a 70$ gift card ?

 

Sounds like a lie from the retailer not from MS. You paid $70 for $70 of credit.

The prices on the marketplace are set by bungie not Microsoft.

 

Also looking at Destinythegame.com I see no $70 edition listed any where. either 59.99 or 99.99

 

You can pre-order Forsaken and Anual Pass ($70 version) trough your ingame director by clicking on the Forsaken icon!

 

That is the last resort that I have to do because of this issue. I already emailed customer support with the proof of purchase and where the sale for $70 was available. It was on destinythegame.com and gamestop.

 

well.... they did say it would be like taken king right?

this exact thing happened with TKK. :'(
