    have been talking about a problem with Bungie where i had purchased the deluxe pre order for beyond light ($70 dollars), but i did not receive any of the content bought from the pre order because my game pass over took the purchase and just gave me beyond
    light. I canceled my game pass subscription to see if that would fix it, but it just made it worse as i now cant not even play beyond light anymore.     Just to be clear, you purchased the deluxe edition on xbox and then again on steam (as microsoft/xbox is not selling destiny on pc)?

    DLC is not transferable between platforms, only your characters, equipment and season pass that is tied to your bungie account.

    this is a little bit confusing, just want to be sure how you purchased the destiny 2 beyond light deluxe edition.

    All credit to Effective-Strategy-5 from Reddit:

    On the acct that doesn't work (not the owner acct), go to games & apps, select destiny 2, start for manage game and add-ons, select Destiny with [A], then click manage installation on [drive], scroll down and make sure all the DLC's are checkmarked as installed. Check the one's that are not (in my own issue Beyond Light, the pre-order bonuses, & Shadowkeep were not "installed") and once they install you should be good to go.
