    Destiny 2 Beyond light deluxe pre-order offer not recieved


    I purchased the Destiny 2 Beyond Light Deluxe Pre-Order and it said the pre order offer would be sent to me via in-game, yet when I view the item In the in game store it doesn't show I purchased it. I'm currently exclusively on the Xbox streaming app
    via a Mobile phone so installing add-ons isn't possible as suggested. I ordered the content directly from the Microsoft store online. If anyone could point me in the right direction for how to get this missing content resolved. If any official admin or mods
    need my receipt/order confirmation number I will gladly provide it. And I should add that I've checked the in-game vendor and location that my content should've been sent too and have come up empty on the retrieval efforts.

    Just to be clear, you purchased the deluxe edition on xbox and then again on steam (as microsoft/xbox is not selling destiny on pc)?

    DLC is not transferable between platforms, only your characters, equipment and season pass that is tied to your bungie account.

    this is a little bit confusing, just want to be sure how you purchased the destiny 2 beyond light deluxe edition.

    If you don't see the button to buy again or pre order again in this case then the charge should come again anytime from now till release date.

    If the option is available the just proceed with the purchase and the charge should come through unless the problem with your bank persists.
