    Destiny 2 Beyond Light Deluxe Edition DLC License Issue


    So I am having a license issue with my Beyond Light Deluxe Edition DLC for Destiny 2. I am trying to access content from past seasons such as season pass exotics and quests, which btw I was able to start last seasons quest but then it all of a sudden left my inventory and I cannot reclaim it from the War Table. I pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition before the content was released and now when I try to access past season content it tells me to buy the Deluxe Edition of the DLC (which I already own). Then when I try to pretend like I am going to buy it again it says "You already own this content." It seems there is something wrong with the license, is there any way I can fix this really annoying issue. Please let me know I am really puzzled on what to do.

    Just to be clear, you purchased the deluxe edition on xbox and then again on steam (as microsoft/xbox is not selling destiny on pc)?

    DLC is not transferable between platforms, only your characters, equipment and season pass that is tied to your bungie account.

    this is a little bit confusing, just want to be sure how you purchased the destiny 2 beyond light deluxe edition.

    Try to remove your profile, then turn off the console and remove the power cord; wait for 1 to 2 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the console and sign in!

    If the issue persists, I would strongly suggest trying the troubleshooting steps below:

    Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear

    Then select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

    If the issue persists, you will need to contact Contact us | Xbox Support to get further assistance regarding the issue!
