Destiny 2 and halo 5 refund

Hi. I have received a message telling me it' possible to get a refund for certain games in my library ? I'e bought halo 5 and Destiny 2 and both games disappointed me greatly. The fact I have to pay more money after I've already paid $80 for Destiny just
to play with my friends is ridiculous. Also halo 5 was vry short and full of microtransactions. Didn' okay much of either and they just sit in my ready to install. Overall I've spent almost 140 dollars on these games and have been bitterly dissapointed. Please
help me get a refund!!

My Destiny 2 is too slow loading

I got halo 5 shorter than destiny 2 it’s weird halo is more GB than destiny
