    Estou com problema similar, 1 semana de uso e console apresentou problema. Irei receber um recon que sei la a origem e o defeito que o mesmo apresentou. Proxima geração nunca mais. Pc gamer é a solução

    Vou ser mais complexo, comprei o xbox one s e só consegui utilizar um dia depois e no mesmo instante verifiquei que o botão A apresentava problema. Voltei a loja que conseguiu fazer a troca 5 dias depois. Utilizei o console por mais alguns dias e o mesmo
    apresentou problema de sincronização entre o controle e o console, sendo que o primeiro controle também apresentou o mesmo problema, sendo assim comprei um equipamento novo com defeito de fabricação e acessório com problemas. A loja nan aceitou a troca pois
    já haviam passado 8 dias. Então entrei em contato com suporte que pediu pra enviar o console, eu só fiquei sabendo que iria receber um console recondicionado após o envio pesquisando na internet. Muito insatisfeito com qualidade do atendimento prestado. Só
    queria o concerto do meu equipamento ou meu investimento de volta. Pois qual a garantia de que eu não irei receber um equipamento com peças 100% novas, pois a empresa reutiliza a carcaça de um outro equipamento e quem garante que ira utilizar peças novas.

    Sorry for the issue you are having with the console. What is the problem you are having, maybe we will be able to assist you. If the console is only a week old and you are having major problems, have you considered taking it back to the store where you purchased
    to exchange for new one? There are many options to figure out the issue or fix the problem.
