Hello. Thank you for posting on the xbox forums. I’m not quite sure what the previous thread is your referring too so i apologize if i repeat something. Since it says something about you online privacy and safety would try the following, if you haven’t already,
is to sign in here. You will be prompt to verify yourself before fully signing in. Once your in scroll down a little and under
your gamer tag it will say “privacy” “xbox one/windows 10 online safety”. Choose safety. Scroll down and make sure “you can create or join clubs” and “you can join multiplayer games” are both set to allow. If they aren’t,
check those and scroll to the bottom click submit. You will need to sign out of the device your playing minecraft on for any changes to take place. Sign back in and let me know how it goes.

It might be possible that the Microsoft account that you were using to renew your realms subscription was different from the one that was migrated to your Minecraft account.

To confirm this kindly locate your order transactions for your Minecraft game and your previous realm subscription history on your Microsoft account by signing on to account.microsoft.com > Payment and Billing > Order History.

As for the realm subscription: On account.microsoft.com > go to Services and Subscription.

If you are unable to find the Minecraft game transaction and your realm subscription history under the Order History and Services and Subscription tabs, try to find it on your other Microsoft accounts.

If you have managed to find the Minecraft transactions on the Microsoft account, use the same account to renew your realms subscription.

Solution:

1. While you are looking at the "Unable to get realms, will try again later" screen in Minecraft

2. Press the middle Xbox button

3. Go down to the Setting tab

4. Restart console

5. Run Minecraft

If you're unable to access Minecraft Realms despite being charged for it, it's possible that there may be an issue with your account or payment method. I suggest trying the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:

1. Make sure you're signed in to the correct Microsoft account on your device.
   
2. Check that your payment method is up to date and has sufficient funds.
   
3. Check your account billing history to see if there are any pending or declined charges that may be causing the issue.
   
4. If you've tried these steps and are still unable to access Minecraft Realms, you may need to contact Microsoft support for further assistance. They should be able to help you resolve the issue and get you back to playing Minecraft Realms.
   

Did you already create the realm? Or make a previous world into a realm? Are you signed in on the account that created the realm?
