Desperate for groups

Some people are just desperate to belong to a group, I guess. I was never into 'clans', being 'MLG' or anything else.

yes, because microsoft is so desperate to sell kinect. the only reason they're doing this is to try and fix the kinect's group gamer / childish image and prop it up next to a huge core game like mass effect.

I just joined a group with friends for the first time, and the moment I hit accept it popped to the home screen and kicked me from the group.

I'm lucky to get 2 conquests in a row before being booted.

Patch desperately needed.

The game is AWESOME. When it works. Which you can see by the fact that, despite all this, I KEEP trying to play it.

I would have to agree with you. Firefight was one hell of an awesome time. Also I desperately want to find a group of players to play Warthog Wars with once again. Remember that amazing game mode? Wonder if people still do it.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We are truly sorry for the issue with the account. The reason support needs these three items is they need to "verify" any account they can look up. This is to prove the account is yours. If none of these are able to
be applied there is nothing support can do.

Lets take the credit card for example: Personally had to find mine with card once. They can look up an account with a card. However, if the card was removed then they cant. If the card has been changed like bank issues you new card every few years it wont
show. So support is limited on looking up accounts. The most important is they need to verify any account before giving out information. Otherwise anyone could call and look up anyone's information if they had one of the three.

In this case I recommend checking all email accounts you have had for emails from Xbox/Microsoft. This may help you in finding the email. As stated without one of the three it is nearly impossible to recover an account.
