Merci d'avoir contacté les forums ! Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre votre problème et souhaitons vous aider. Si vous rencontrez effectivement des problèmes pour désinstaller des jeux de votre console, je vous recommande de faire deux choses. Commencez par redémarrer physiquement votre console en suivant les étapes ci-dessous.



Éteignez votre console en maintenant enfoncé le bouton Xbox l'avant de la console pendant environ 10 secondes. La console s'éteindra.



Rallumez votre console en appuyant sur la touche Xbox de la console ou sur la touche Xbox de votre manette.



Après avoir activé votre console, supprimez ensuite votre compte Xbox en suivant les étapes ci-dessous



Appuyez sur le bouton Xbox pour ouvrir le guide.



Sélectionnez Profil et système > Paramètres > Compte > Supprimer des comptes.



Sélectionnez le compte que vous souhaitez supprimer, puis sélectionnez Supprimer pour confirmer.



Une fois le compte supprimé, essayez de désinstaller tous les jeux que vous ne voulez pas sur la console. Une fois terminé, ajoutez votre compte Xbox la console.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums! We are sorry to hear about your issue and would like to help out. If you are indeed having trouble uninstalling games from your console, I would like to recommend you do two things. First physically power cycle your console by using the below steps.

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.
   
2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.
   

After you have cycled your console next remove your Xbox account by following the steps below

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
   
2. Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.
   
3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.
   

Once the account has been removed attempt to uninstall any games that you do not want on the console. Once finished add your Xbox account back to the console.
