    Replace Rubberised Grips - DeisgnLabs

    Hello,

    I bought a DesignLab Controller back in July 2017, over the time I have been used this controller the rubberised grips have become stretch and deform.

    Is there any way of replacing them? or reform in to the shape?

    Reward points not credited for designlab purchase

    Hey,

    I made two purchases from Designlabs for custom controllers. I should have recieved 10,000 reward points but they are not accredited to my account.

    Microsoft support directed me here. How do I get these points?

    It's supposed to be released at some point this year. With E3 next week, maybe they'll announce a release date.

    I hope so cos i do streaming on mixer and would kind of like the colours on the controller to match up with the stream.
