    Hi. I received an email stating if I ordered a Xbox Design Lab controller ( I went with a Fallout design) between 12/1/16 and 12/17/16 I would receive 15,000 reward credits. My order number was 9877162377, my gamer tag is , and my email
    address is [removed].

    Purchased Xbox Design Lab Controller - Still Waiting For Credits

    I purchased a xbox design lab controller while xbox rewards ran a promotion for 15,000 credits. I ordered the controller 11 days ago. I'm still waiting for the credits. Support, can you please contact me? Thank you.

    I recently purchased an Xbox Design Lab Controller in conjunction with the promotion from earlier this month which offered 15,000 bonus rewards credits. Unfortunately, it does not appear that these credits have been posted to my account. Is there any way
    to verify that these credits are still pending?

    Design labs 15,000 reward credits

    The credits should show as pending 15 days after the console shipped.

    These are public forums so it's best to block out any personal info before posting images.

    These are all the transactions that I believe that I haven't gotten rewards points credited. I am mostly concerned about not receiving the 15,000 rewards points from Xbox Design Lab.

    The design lab offer ended on December 17. Since you placed the order after the offer ended, it is not eligible.
