Design Lab Xbox One Controller Creaks.

Hello,

I've been attempting to get my Design Labs controller repaired/replaced because the left side of the controller (front face) creaks when I grip it, while the right side is perfectly fine like all my other controllers. I attempted to register the controller,
but the website doesn't recognize my serial number. I've attempted making a service request but after typing in my address, it says there are "no service options available." I've tried going through https://support.xbox.com/contact-us with
the virtual assistant and it still doesn't recognize the serial number. The ambassador that was helping me didn't know what "no service options available." meant, and told me to try again later (Which was a few weeks and many attempts ago). I think she got
it mid-end of June, and gave it to me July 11th, so it's still should be under warranty.

I received this as a birthday gift and love the look of the controller (maybe a little too much), but feeling and hearing the control creak makes it sound cheap and just annoying to listen to. How do I go about getting this fixed?

If you continue to have issues with the DL controller I would suggest setting up a repair order if it's still under warranty.
