    Design Lab Xbox Elite 2 Controller failure—warranty claim


    I ordered and received an XBox Elite 2 controller via the XBox DesignLab.

    Unfortunately, this controller is malfunctioning, and I would like to request a refund or replacement. Contacting Microsoft about this order seems impossible. The virtual assistant is constantly having "technical issues." And the "request a call" option doesn't work either. I can't find an email address or phone number to directly contact the support team responsible for this issue.

    Thanks for the reply! In regard to a Design Lab controller, they have a 120 day standard warranty, the Elite has a full year and any standard or other controller/accessory is subject to the 90 day warranty. Here are a couple of handy support articles that
