Design lab won’t let me sign in it gives me (You can not login right now. Your Microsoft...

Hi,

This site is so broken, I just created a new Microsoft Account with my first name and last name included in the profile and got the following error when trying to sign in to the design lab:

You can not login right now. Your Microsoft account doesn't contain information about First Name,Last Name. Update your profile and login again

So disappointing.

Sorry to hear about the issue. Have you tried a different device? Most likely it's a server-side issue. That sometimes happen to other users including myself but it's gonna be fixed in a matter of time. Alternatively, you may use a different account instead.

Ok so I can login on the Microsoft home page and Xbox but if I go to the Xbox app on computer it won’t let me sign in same if I go into Minecraft the game it won’t let me sign in also sorry for the late reply

I am sorry to know about what happened. This has been actually happening to several users including myself. The issue seems to be on the server-side or back-end problem on their website. I suggest that you instead report it via https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status using the Report button you can see there.

The best option we can do for now is to try it again at a later time or try again to get in touch with a Microsoft/Xbox support.
